Yass!!!!! I'm planning to tackle pumpkin rolls next, and I'm excited and scared. Enjoy the coffee frosting! I think it's a delightful little touch.

@Jessica, honestly, the ONLY thing I did differently from my regular cinnamon rolls was to add that pumpkin puree. A cook of your panache will have no issues whatsoever knocking off a stellar Pumpkin Rolls dish! And, yes, the coffee was a difference-maker. Normally, I don't like icing on my cinnamon rolls (gets in the way of my cinnamon jones), but the simple addition of coffee elevated the taste. Dang, but I'm glad to know a badass like you! <3
