Discovering your trans identity is no easy feat, but once you do,
living it in a way that maximizes you and withstands the world's onslaught
is a follow-up act that's no act.
It's living not as a political or cultural football
but as a gift here to transform the world's grasp
of what it means to be sharp, sassy, and indefatigable person.
That’s the gist
I’ve been full-out, full-on living my trans female self for nine years. I transitioned in Texas during the first Asshat administration. Since that time, I’ve
moved to Colorado (2018),
churned out 22 books (memoirs and novels, with the 23rd soon to come, as well as 200+ paintings),
got bottom surgery (2019),
changed jobs four times,
survived a pandemic,
bought a 1973 VW Camper Bus,
visited Wales, and
deepened in my nearly 40-year marriage with Pamalyn, the most beautiful and resilient human being alive.
What else?
I’ve also lived through trauma, bereavement, anxiety, depression, daily highs, myehs, and lows, and the aging of my body.
Hey, this is not me crowing my success story. While I thankfully no longer bear the constant anger and burden of trying to be someone I’m not, lemme tell you that
being Bethany is still a full-time job
and not a constant joy ride from one mountain top to the next.
There are valleys, swamps, wildfires, existential angst, Mordors, and all manner of drama, as well as quiet moments when nothing happens.
So how does one do that while trans?
That’s what I want you to find out and do in your own style … on Friday, September 18, 2026, 7:30 PM - 8:00 PM EDT. And wait … it’s FREE!

This is not just for trans folk but for anyone who hungers, fights, and lives for being who they really are—no small feat in a world that actively crushes all individual resistance.
So, yeah, join me in celebrating yourself as a gift who transforms the world. Be the sharp, sassy, and indefatigable person you have always had the DNA, gumption, and heart to be.
